Condition:  Excellent condition.  I was at a trade show for work in Las Vegas a few years ago and he was there signing these pictures.  I got one signed and then immediately put it inside of a hardcover book that I also received on that trip.  It has been in that book since (so condition has kept near perfect!)

Other Notes:  Will ship carefully and wrapped in cardboard to keep condition.
